Terms of sale

Last updated: 27 September 2026

1. About us

These terms of sale (the "Terms") apply to all sales made through the LYSAR mobile app between LYSAR [FORME JURIDIQUE], with its registered office at [ADRESSE DU SIÈGE], registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number [NUMÉRO BCE] (VAT [NUMÉRO TVA]) ("LYSAR", "we", "us") and any individual acting for purposes outside their trade or profession ("the customer", "you").

Customer service: [E-MAIL SUPPORT] – [TÉLÉPHONE].

2. Scope

By placing an order in the app you accept these Terms in full; they take precedence over any other document. The applicable Terms are those in force at the time of your order, and you can view them at any time from your profile.

We sell to consumers only. Purchases for resale are not permitted.

3. Your account

You need an account to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information (name, email address, phone number, delivery addresses) and to keep your login details confidential. Any order placed from your account is deemed to have been placed by you.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account in the event of fraudulent use or use in breach of these Terms.

4. Products

Our items (clothing and accessories) are described and shown as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustration only: colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Size guides are for guidance only.

Offers are valid while stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after you have ordered it, we will let you know without delay and refund you in full within 14 days at the latest.

5. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include all taxes (Belgian VAT). Any delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm your order and appear in the order summary.

LYSAR may change its prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when you confirm your order. If a price is obviously wrong (for example, ridiculously low), the order may be cancelled and refunded in full.

Promo codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Placing an order

To order, select your items, choose your address and delivery method, check the summary (items, sizes, quantities, total price) and confirm by tapping the payment button, which means you are under an obligation to pay.

The contract is formed once payment has been confirmed. You will then receive an order confirmation by email and can follow its status under "My orders".

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a previous dispute, suspected fraud or unauthorised payment.

7. Payment

Payment is taken when you order, by card, Bancontact or Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by our PCI-DSS-certified provider Stripe. LYSAR never has access to your full card details.

If payment is declined, the order is not confirmed.

8. Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge in the app as long as its status is "Paid", i.e. before we start preparing it. The amount paid will be refunded in full to the payment method you used.

Once the order is being prepared or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled; you can, however, exercise your right of withdrawal or request a return once you have received it (see section 10).

9. Delivery

Orders are shipped by partner carriers through the Sendcloud platform (for example bpost) to the address given when ordering. Delivery areas, times and charges are shown before you confirm your order. Unless stated otherwise, delivery will take place no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a third party nominated by you) take physical possession of the items.

Please check your parcel on receipt. If a parcel is missing, damaged or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible at [E-MAIL SUPPORT] so that we can open a claim with the carrier.

In the event of a significant delay, you may ask us to deliver within an additional reasonable period; if we fail to do so, you may terminate the contract and receive a refund.

10. Right of withdrawal and returns

Under the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book VI), you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

LYSAR goes beyond this legal minimum: you can return your items up to 30 days after delivery, directly from the app. Full details are set out in "Returns and right of withdrawal".

All our items are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, under Articles 1649bis to 1649octies of the former Belgian Civil Code. Unless proven otherwise, a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within the presumption period set by law is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.

If an item is faulty, you are entitled first to a repair or replacement free of charge and, failing that, to a price reduction or to cancel the sale. Simply contact us at [E-MAIL SUPPORT] with your order number and a photo of the fault. We ask that you tell us about a fault within 2 months of noticing it.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by use or care that does not follow the instructions (care label).

12. Liability

LYSAR does its best to keep the app running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable in cases of force majeure or events attributable to a third party. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Intellectual property

The LYSAR trade mark, logos, photos, text and all other elements of the app are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without our prior written consent is prohibited.

14. Personal data

Data collected in connection with your order is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy policy, available in the app.

15. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact our customer service first at [E-MAIL SUPPORT] or [TÉLÉPHONE]; we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

If we cannot resolve it amicably, you can contact the Consumer Mediation Service free of charge (North Gate II, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8, 1000 Brussels – www.consumerombudsman.be). For cross-border disputes within the European Union, the European Consumer Centre Belgium (www.eccbelgium.be) can also help you free of charge.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to any mandatory, more protective provisions of the law of the country where the consumer is habitually resident. Any dispute will be heard by the courts designated by the statutory rules applicable to consumers.
